Process

The first step was to conduct a needs analysis to identify the main training needs. In this case, it was necessary to include training on the basics of MS Teams such as posting, tagging, uploading files as well as to demonstrate how these functions can help teachers to foster engagement and make sure that the students have an active role during their online classes.

My own experience as an ESOL Lecturer was extremely helpful during the storyboarding process, as I could focus on the main functions and tools needed for teaching in this field.

In this case, I used a Canva template and adapted the slides as needed.
